If you can’t find the email in your inbox or spam folder, please first check if the purchase amount has been deducted from your account.
If the payment has gone through but you still haven’t received a confirmation, please visit our Customer Service page and get in touch with us. Provide the email address you used to place your order, and we’ll look into it for you as soon as possible.
Your invoice is attached to the shipping confirmation email you’ll receive once your order has been shipped. By that time, your payment will have been successfully processed.
Your order will be prepared right away and shipped automatically.
Because of this fast processing, we’re unable to change or cancel orders once they’re placed.
Don’t worry, if you need to, you can always return the order after you receive it.

Your order will be prepared and shipped automatically on the same day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Please remember to check your spam folder just in case.

Sometimes the parcel service leaves your order nearby, with a neighbor or in a safe spot close to your home. Please check around your property and ask your neighbors if they’ve accepted it for you.
If you still can’t find your parcel, please visit our Customer Service page and provide your order number. We’ll investigate and help you locate your package.
Shipping is free for every delivery on orders over €59 and on every Puckababy Piep order.
To reduce our environmental impact, we don’t include paper documents in your parcel.
You can find your order overview in the confirmation email. Your invoice will be sent along with the shipping confirmation email.
Delivery and returns
If you changed your mind or the products are not quite as you expected, we’re sorry to hear that! You can return your ordered items up to 14 days after receipt. Within 14 days after we have received the returned product or that you have sent us a shipping confirmation, we will refund the full order amount including shipping costs to your account in the event of a full cancellation. If you cancel only part of the order, we will refund the requested products excluding shipping costs. The costs for return to our warehouse are for your own account.

Delivery and execution
All goods and services are delivered to the address provided by you when ordering.
When a good is in stock it will be delivered to the delivery address within a maximum period of 2-3 working days. If a good is not in webshop stock, it wil be delivered at the delivery address within a period of 9 working days.
If we are not able to deliver on time, we will always notify you before the to the end of the delivery period. If we do not, you can cancel your order for free. In that case we will refund you within 30 days after dissolution of the agreement.
The shipment of goods and gift vouchers is always at our risk. So you do not have to worry about goods lost during transportation. If you, however, return goods to us within 14 days after delivery because you prefer not to keep them, you will be responsible for the transportation.
If the delivered goods were damaged during transport, do not correspond to the goods mentioned on the delivery note or do not correspond to the goods you ordered, you have to report this as quickly as possible and in any case within 3 days. Subsequently, you have to send the goods back within 14 calendar days after delivery. You have to use the enclosed “return form” for this. If you have any questions while filling in this return form, you can contact one our employers through the Customer Service page.
We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damage suffered due to late delivery or non-delivery by the transporter assigned by the company. In such cases our liability remains limited to the value of the goods of which it is shown that they were not received by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy goods from us, you have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods for 14 days from the delivery or the conclusion of the contract. You can then return your order without penalty and without giving any reason (the cost hereof is to be paid by you). Within 14 days after we have received your order back or you have provided us a shipping slip, we will refund the full purchase price using the same method of payment that you have already used. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to make a refund using another payment method
The direct costs of the return of the goods will thus be at your expense. We will indicate the costs of the return or make an assessment of the costs, if it is not reasonably possible to calculate them in advance.
We can refuse repayment as long as we have not received the returned goods or until you have shown you have returned the goods, depending on which event occurs first.
We expect you to handle the order as well as the packaging with the utmost care during the first 14 days after delivery. If you want to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack or use them to the extend needed to assess whether or not you wishes to retain them. Returned goods may be tested, but not used. When returning the goods, you will also have to return all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – return the goods in their original condition and packaging as well as taking in account our instructions as listed below.

In order to exercise your right to withdrawal quickly and correctly, both in case of delivery of services as in the case of delivery of goods, you can fill out the form below and send it to Puckababy – QLEVR Netherlands, Borchwerf 5, 4704 RG Roosendaal, Netherlands. We will send you an acknowledgement of your withdrawal by email.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as it’s in its original condition, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
Please include the reason for your return on the return form, and place it inside the parcel.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned product or receiving your shipping confirmation via our Customer Service page.
If the entire order is cancelled: you will receive the full order amount including shipping costs back in your account.
If part of the order is cancelled: you will receive the purchase amount of the returned products excluding shipping costs.
Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Sustainability is very important to us. To help reduce our environmental impact, return shipments are at your own expense. The more products are returned, the greater the impact on the environment. We will be happy to advise you if you are in any doubt about a product, the product size and so on. That is how we hope to limit returns as much as possible.
